Aufgaben
- We are looking for a Requirements Engineer for the development of a credit management system
- You will act as the interface between the bank’s project team, our Product Owner, and the development team, ensuring that the implemented solution meets customer requirements
- Accompany the entire software lifecycle – from idea to deployment
- Proactively align requirements directly with customers
- Prioritize and translate customer requirements for agile software development
- Proactively gather all necessary information in a structured and efficient way
- Prepare requirements appropriately for software developers
- Respond to technical and/or functional changes and initiate necessary adjustments and enhancements
- Document all required information clearly and thoroughly in the systems
- Be the first to test new features and handle complaints within 2nd level supportWe are looking for a Requirements Engineer for the development of a credit management system
Profil
- Minimum Requirements
- Business-fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Interest in both banking-related and technical topics (e.g., database design and process flows)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a structured and methodical manner
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in software testing and defect analysis
- Previous experience in the banking sector
